Little feet hugs

I have feet that tend to be too narrow for most men's shoes and too long for most women's shoes. I end up sizing for length and then just doing what I can to make the width fit better. I usually just end up sliding around a little. For normal, casual wear, sliding around a little is tolerable. But then I need to be active, sliding around just means I have to deal with hot spots and blisters afterward. With these, I can wear them under my normal socks (which also tend to not fit me as well) and then I have protections against blisters. And like the socks are originally intended, they help prevent plantar fasciitis and sore feet at the same time. One bonus: if you don't care about fashion, or just really need the support from these sleeves, you can easily wear them with flip flops and other sandals!

I have tried these sleeves in both the medium and the large size. I've found the medium works best for me when I'm going to be doing short, but intense activity and the large works best for me when I'm going to be wearing them all day long. The foot length seems to be the same in both sizes, and the heel cup hits just right in both. The only length difference I've noticed has been in the leg portion, with the medium hitting just a bit lower. And of course, the medium is definitely a bit tighter all around. I view the medium as my 'acute' pair, and the large as my 'chronic' pair. Since both pairs look almost identical (same coloring and pattern), I'm just glad that the sizes are marked on the inside of the sleeve. I'd hate to be in the middle of an activity or out running errands when I realized I had the wrong size (or two different sizes).

I love how these make my feet feel. Nice and secure without being too tight. It's like a therapy blanket for my feet.
