This earpiece is simple and works great. The only time I needed to even look at the directions was to figure out the power button (It's the one that you would hit if you were to try to stick your finger in your ear.)
I had no problems connecting it to my LG G5. The volume on this is a little quieter than I would like, but at 43, the problem is more likely to be me than the device. I can still hear fine on it. I use it to listen to my audiobooks and it works great for that.
The mic picks up my voice just fine. I've never had anybody tell me they can't hear me on the phone with this.
It is comfortable. I normally have a problem with earbuds not fitting well in my ears, but these seem to do ok. I wouldn't use it without the enclosed ear hook; though some people might be able to, because of the type of cushion.
Overall, I am happy with this. I had used a Jabra for many years and was upset when I lost it. This is a perfectly acceptable replacement, at more than half the cost.
